Failure to register a food facility in accordance with section 415 is a prohibited act.
If a food facility that previously submitted a registration to the FDA does not submit a registration renewal during the period beginning October 1 and ending December 31.
The facility's registration will be considered cancelled, expired, and will notify the facility's registrant that the facility's registration has expired.
